I've received a lot of private messages regarding which real estate book(s) I would recommend?
Short answer: None.
Long answer: real estate books are usually useful to get your base knowledge from 0 (not knowing anything about real estate) towards 3 or 5 (understanding the basics). However, to get your knowledge towards 7s or higher... to become a real estate professional, you got to start hanging out with other investors who are doing this day in & day out in your area (which will have nuances to other areas) & start doing deals yourself.
The theory is important so you have a solid foundation, but you can learn theory for free 2 hours/day for 30 days on real estate blogs & social media like Youtube channels.
You don't need to pay someone $10,000 for a course. They are ripping you off to better their own wallet.
What is more important is doing the practice — the real thing.
Get out there, walk the properties, negotiate, close deals, get your hands dirty, design & renovate, rent & exit deals.
Watch your experience build up. That is a priceless money making skill books cannot teach.
