Investing.com – France stocks were mixed after the close on Thursday, as gains in the Foods & Drugs, Gas & Water, and General Financial sectors led shares higher while losses in the Industrials, Oil& Gas Producers, and Basic Materials sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Paris, the CAC 40 fell 0.05%, while the SBF 120 index climbed 0.06%.
The best performers of the session on the CAC 40 were STMicroelectronics NV, which rose 2.10% or 0.67 points to trade at 32.63 at the close.
Meanwhile, EssilorLuxottica SA added 1.43% or 1.70 points to end at 120.20 and Sanofi SA was up 1.54% or 1.30 points to 85.52 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Renault SA, which fell 2.45% or 0.84 points to trade at 33.61 at the close.
Airbus Group SE declined 2.10% or 1.92 points to end at 89.58 and Thales was down 1.90% or 1.54 points to 79.44.
The top performers on the SBF 120 were Genfit which rose 8.80% to 4.62, Compagnie Plastic Omnium SA which was up 3.40% to settle at 29.20, and Air France KLM SA which gained 2.93% to close at 5.20.
