Recently, the British Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) issued a warning to remind investors that entities named Pro24fx, Everycmarkets, and Finansa have conducted business activities that require FCA authorization, but these entities have never been authorized by the FCA or registered with the FCA. The company operates its business without FCA supervision.
FCA reminds investors to be cautious about the financial services of blacklisted companies and recommends that investors only deal with financial companies authorized by the FCA. If you want to know whether the company has been authorized by the FCA, you can check the Financial Services Register. The register contains a "white list" of regulated companies and individuals. If a company does not appear on the register but claims to exist, you can contact the customer service hotline on 0800 111 6768. If you deal with unauthorized companies, you will not be able to obtain the "Financial Ombudsman Service" or the "Financial Services Compensation Scheme" (FSCS). In this case, once a problem arises, investors are unlikely to get their funds back.
