The transactions took place on June 24th and 25th, according to filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
Huang's sales amounted to approximately $29.31 million, with shares sold at prices ranging from $118.63 to $126.19. Kress sold shares worth over $24 million, with prices on June 24th ranging from $118.7148 to $123.5797, and on June 25th from $119.8649 to $126.461.
These sales were made under a Rule 10b5-1 trading plan, which allows company insiders to sell a predetermined number of shares at a predetermined time, protecting against accusations of insider trading. Kress's trading plan was established on March 22, 2024.
