other than Fixed Establishment ' prior to 1st January ,1962, may be granted following the introduction of the existing Guilledaud leave conditions on 1 st January,1962,one last period of long leave of 84 days,on conclusion of a tour of three years i . e . in accordance with the pre - Guilledaud conditions but thereafter shall be entitled to only 14 :-
