Crypto markets declined again this week, with Bitcoin slipping to multi-week lows near $91,535, still far from reclaiming the key $100K psychological level.
But according to Coinbase UK CEO Keith Grose, this drop isn’t about fading trust in crypto.
He points to broader macro risk-off sentiment, fuelled by concerns over an AI bubble, weakening risk appetite, and global uncertainty.
Despite the pullback, Grose highlights strong progress in regulation, infrastructure, and institutional adoption, calling this moment a “recalibration, not a reversal.”
His message is clear: fundamentals remain healthy even as volatility spikes.
