Gold is testing a fairly strong resistance zone:
- the 4195 consolidation resistance
- the 50-day moving average
- the liquidity zone
The initial reaction to the 4200 resistance level may take the form of a pullback or a decline
However, if the bulls can hold their ground above this level in the medium term, we may have a chance to see a rise toward 4400–4600
